 Sex is the only living thing within you, it gives you an instant high, in sex your body starts to vibrate, everything within you is felt, the bad within you gets dissolved, the good gets dissolved, in fact you completely dissolve in it, you remain no more you, it is just the heart which functions, the body sees nothing else, all the religious commandments, all your ideology, all  your beliefs gets dissolved, you do not even remember your name, all is just forgotten, such is the power which is unleashed during sex. The Lion is unleashed and all this happens because in sex you breathe heavy, the blood is pushed down to the abdomen, the hot blood is pushed to its extremes levels, the sex center becomes active, life is given to the sex center through the breath, life gets focused just to one place, your sex center, in a way the entire life from all over body gets disconnected and life boils down to sex, this is the reason during sex your body becomes warm and this is also the reason a beautiful sexy body is called a hot body because it gives the warmth.

Sex is not something which you do just for the body, it must and should be allowed to happen as an expression of love, only then sex will become sacred for you.
